Dear Ones,
This Saturday, May 23rd from 10am-12pm, Amy Smego will offer a gentle Kundalini-inspired Seven Chakra Opening. This morning practice will be rooted in movement, breath, meditation, and presence. Amy is a local Kundalini devotee, practicing for 20 years after experiencing the joy, clarity, and connection it brings.
In yogic traditions, the chakras are understood as energy centers within the body connected to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Through soft Kundalini exercise and meditation, we will move through the seven chakras, inviting greater grounding, openness, and inner balance. This beginner-friendly offering is not about forcing open, but rather creating space for awareness and energetic flow.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
If you are interested in hosting a Saturday, please reach out to the Great Mother Temple team at info@greatmothertempletaos.com.
Silent Sundays
Each Sunday going forward, we will continue to offer silent drop in sitting from 2pm to 4pm. The energetics of the consciousness shift we are navigating are not gentle. We are each being asked to feel and release the parts of ourselves that are no longer in harmony. This can be tough medicine. The portal is an invitation to remember our innocence and wholeness.
